QSoftwares Africa started in 2025 as a fully registered, professionally operated software company. We focus on two commitments our clients can verify: reliability and affordability.
How we work
Every engagement begins with discovery: we map your current process, the constraints you operate under and the outcome you need. From there we publish a scope, a delivery plan and a fixed commercial proposal.
Delivery runs in short, reviewable increments. You see working software early, and every release ships with documentation, training material and a rollback path. After go-live we stay: monitoring, patching and improving under a defined support agreement.
The same discipline built SchoolCR into a live production system serving Tanzanian schools, and it now underpins XenPOS and Ferron.
